Shipping policy

1. How long is processing, shipping, and handling?

Processing takes 1-2 Business days for your order to be shipped out. Processing occurs Monday-Friday. (If you ordered on Friday your order will be processed on the next business day which is Monday.) Express Shipping Orders are 1 to 5 Business Days. 

Domestic Express Shipping is 2-4 Business days depending on your location.

Domestic Regular Flat Rate Shipping is 5-10 Business days depending on your location. 

International Express Shipping is 1-5 Business days depending on your location.

All Packages Delivery is with Canada Post or DHL. Business days are Monday-Friday

2. Can I make changes to my order?

To insure a quick delivery all orders are processed daily, So orders cannot to be altered or changed once your payment is complete.

3. May I return my order?

Sorry, but all Sales are final. If you received the wrong order, please let me know and we will resolve the matter promptly.

4. May I make a exchange?

Yes, you can make an exchange within 7 days. You will also be responsible for return shipping cost.

Please attach a note inside your package including your order number and your details.

5. Will I be charged Duties and Fees?

Possibly. We try to send as much information as possible to help you avoid being charged but sometimes Customers are still charged duties and fees. Prime Collection is not responsible for any duties and fees you are required to pay before receiving your purchase.

You are responsible for all exchange shipping costs and we recommend that you send your return with a tracking number because Prime Collection will not be responsible for lost returns. We recommend that you DO NOT use UPS or DHL to send your return as they charge very high brokerage fees to clear the parcel which we will not be responsible for. 

Our Business Hours Are Monday-Friday 10AM-8PM EASTERN TIME.

We do not process any order inquiries or shipping on Saturday & Sundays, however we will respond to email inquiries.
